IDS Skincare launched two new products last Thursday, the DermaShield Serum and DermaShield Mask, and held a luncheon at the Open Farm Community. These products are really special cause they are most probably the first-in Singapore products that are developed to protect your skin against the harmful effects of HEV, Infra-red and blue light, as well as environmental damage!

Singapore is a multiracial society and because of that, we get to celebrate many different festivals here. Deepavali or Diwali is a Hindu festival which represents the symbolic victory of light over darkness. We had seen the lights at Little India before but this is our very first time joining them at their light-up ceremony!

Takashimaya celebrates 25 years in Singapore and they've revamped their beauty hall. The event focused on the theme, #UnveilANewFace, where they shared some of the new and unique counters at Takashimaya.

[Event] The Music Run by AIA

Participated in The Music Run by AIA with my boyfriend and I was there as media! It's our first run together and surprisingly... we actually managed to run hahahas. Initially I told him it should be quite impossible to run cause it's a sell-out event with 10,000 participants and we shall just go there and enjoy the music. Hehehe.

It's The Music Run's second year in Singapore and I have to say it was really well managed! The waves were well-timed and controlled though it was mad crowded. Just like any other fun runs, there are definitely people there who don't intend to run at all. Though some people were walking, if you wanted to run, there's still space for you to run though i.e. it wasn't that over-crowded. ;)

[Event] Hada Labo Media Launch with 小凱老師!

Attended Hada Labo's media launch where they shared with us the hydrating abilities of Hada Labo products! Thank you Hada Labo and The PR People for the invite!

小凱老師 (Xiao Kai Lao Shi) taught us how to hydrate our skin using Hada Labo products and also gave us tips to have flawless and natural looking foundation application!

Bourjois Rouge Party: Launch of New Aqua Laque Collection

Attended Bourjois Rouge Party launch event at O’ Comptoir where they unveiled its AQUA LAQUE series.

These Aqua Laque Lipsticks, or rather liquid lipsticks, come in 8 shades, are non-sticky and they glide on really smoothly! They are also said to smooth and moisturize your lips as they contain Nymphaea extract.

NUXE Merveillance Expert Series Launch

Attended NUXE's new Merveillance Expert Series Launch :)

A total of 5 anti-ageing products were launched!

Nuxe discovered a new flower called the daylily and used it to created these products.

The products are said to help prevent and reverse glycation (where sugar damage your skin),

diminish wrinkles and firm up your skin!

CLIV (Korean Cosmeceutical Brand) Launch at SaSa

There's a new brand in Singapore SaSa!

It's CLIV (read as CL4), a skincare from Korea :)

They have lots of products out on display during the launch.

Different products for different purposes!

They were saying that you can use different range for day and night.

Eg. Hydrating in the day and repair at night.

That way you can target both problems.

These are only three out of like more six series.

(sorry I lost count lols)

We were given an introduction by CLIV's Manager Mr. Garam Lee.

He and Ms Kaylen Choi flew over from Korea a day before the event!

All products are made of natural ingredients so you won't have to worry about a possibility of having a chemical reaction. Also, a lot of their products are high concentrate products! So definitely worth the money ;)

Raine and I were saying how flawless his skin looks!

(both Mr Lee and Ms Choi have super fair and flawless skin)

Mr Lee told us his age range and he totally looks younger than that!

So yes, some tips from him ;)

Tip #1: Double cleanse.

Tip #2: Use a hydrating toner right after cleansing.

(So all three products should be in your shower room)

Tip #3: Use masks (twice a week I think)!
