One of the things breastfeeding mummies have to prepare when going back to work is a good portable pump! It is important to get one that can clear you milk thoroughly so you do not end up having clogged ducts during work! I got a Spectra 9S+ pump but the suction wasn't strong enough for me and I didn't feel empty even after pumping for 40 minutes each side when I tested it at home.
